This feature makes enabling/disabling and modifying fabric ethernet uplink ports in UCS easier. The modules defined here are the equivalent of selecting a fabric ethernet port in the UCSM GUI and configuring as a uplink port or deconfiguring. The unit tests were written using pytest.
